Sealing Check is born thanks to the experience of its partners of more than 14 years in quality inspection work in different waterproofing systems.

After working with different quality inspection systems, understanding the sealing process of the membranes and after two years of research and development, the first generation of Sealing Check equipment is obtained, which makes us manufacturers with an I+D area, today we are already in the third generation of equipment.

By understanding the process and developing our own equipment we can adapt to different types of inspection, covered (wet), exposed (dry) membranes, exposed pipes, underground pipes, waterproofing systems in construction, mining and other industries where we have gone modifying our equipment.

Currently we have begun the expansion phase opening offices in Chile, Mexico, Brazil and Peru, soon we want to reach Central America, to get to North America well positioned creating Sealing Check Corp.

Waterproofing projects development

We participated in the detailed engineering stage, project development with EETT and 3D plans, electronic documentation with recommendations by area.

We offer the Technical Works Inspection (TWI) service aimed at the review during the installation process of the waterproofing, application checks and verification of compliance with the EETT in addition to electronic check pre and post waterproofing, control of application of good practices

Inspection of dry waterproofing or DGEA

Inspection of leaks and damages in the exposed waterproofing, that is, when it is outdoors, for example HDPE, Bituminous, Asphalt, polyurethane paint, exposed epoxy paint, with gravel, etc.

Inspection of wet proofing or DBP

Inspection of leaks and damage to the waterproofing covered, whether covered with soil, water, landfill, rich solution, poor solution, mud and residue.

Training in waterproofing techniques and details

With all the inspections carried out, we have accumulated a great technical knowledge that we deliver to the people and waterproofing companies that require it.
